Perfectly clean hotel, huge rooms, peaceful and perfect location in the middle of the city. Good hot breakfast, plenty of meals. The rooms with milk, iron plus balcony. Very good service from the helpful, affable staff members.

Brilliant place to stay in a lovely quiet area. Plenty of products for a nice hot breakfast. The twin room in a large fridge, facilities worked for us.
Beds were quite hard.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is brilliant and impeccably clean, has peaceful and absolutely perfect location in the middle of the city. The breakfast was nice hot, the food was fab. Very good service, just what we needed. We had the most brilliant few days there.

Nice hot breakfasts, the stay was very nice!
The location was exceptionally nice, in the Skegness area overlooking sea. And we were really close to the centre of Skegness, and beach. The personnel was helpful and attentive, and the owner too.

We where in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was perfect. Had a good choice of options for breakfast, it was warm.

Very good service, we had lovely stay.
Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! The staff was attentive, the accommodation was LOVELY and perfectly clean. Nice and absolutely perfect location down to the beach was a plus. What's more, it was so close to quiet area to the south of Skegness town centre, and centre.

Enjoyed the place, it was brilliant and lovely and worked for me. I booked large deluxe king room here with complimentary drinks, a fridge, for instance. The staff were all attentive, very good service. The food was excellent and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu.

Absolutely brilliant and lovely hotel located in a lovely quiet area close enough to a lovely quiet area, uncommercialised beach, and the seafront. Brand-new room with a balcony, nice location. Nice food choices for breakfast. Hot breakfast combined with very good service.
